Reiki First Degree
Reiki First Degree courses are held as a one day course, with the optional addition of a further half day course specifically on Reiki with Horses if required. Reiki One is considered to be the introductory level, after which you can do treatments on yourself and friends.

- The Five Principles of Reiki
- The First Level Attunement
- The difference between healing and curing
- Chakras and how to incorporate them into Reiki healing
- Original Japanese meditations as taught by Dr Usui - Gassho, Kenyoku-Ho, Hatsu Rei-Ho - practical work
- How to do a self treatment - practical work
- How to treat others with Reiki - practical work
- Our physical and etheric bodies
- The endocrine system
- Psychology of the body
- Hand positions for specific conditions
- Meridians
- Uses of Reiki at Level One First Degree
Included in the course is a comprehensive First Degree Reiki manual for you to take home together with a certificate.
This course provides an excellent grounding in Reiki, and gives you ample time to practice your new Reiki skills both on yourself and others.
If you are also interested in using Reiki with animals, there is the option of an extra half day hands-on course which is held at your yard, where you will be taught to do Reiki with your own horse.
